What is SurgyOne?
SurgyOne is an agentic AI hospital management system (HIS/HMIS) with a built-in EHR and EMR, made for hospitals in India and the GCC. OPD, IPD, emergency, labs, pharmacy and billing run on one shared patient record, and AI agents work inside every module to prioritise care, capture charges and prepare claims for staff to approve.
Why AI-native, not an AI add-on
- One record, full context. The AI reads the whole patient history, not a single screen.
- Acts across departments. From ward rounds to billing, tasks move without re-entry.
- Accountable by design. Every AI action is logged and approved by your team.
Patient records split across systems
OPD, IPD, lab and pharmacy each hold a different version of the patient.
Duplicate data entry at every desk
Staff re-type the same details into registration, wards and billing.
No live view of beds and patient flow
ER, ward and discharge status lives on whiteboards and phone calls.
Charges lost between departments
Lab, pharmacy and ward charges miss the final bill and delay claims.
Clinical Care, Connected
OPD, IPD and emergency share one patient history, so every doctor and nurse sees the same record, from the first consult to the discharge summary.
SurgyOPD
Live queue, consult and e-prescription on one screen.
SurgyIPD
Patient charts, medication reconciliation and shift handover.
SurgyER bed board
Every emergency bed and patient status at a glance.
Shared patient history
One timeline across OPD, IPD, ER and investigations.
Labs & Pharmacy, Built In
Orders from any department land in one lab worklist, and validated results flow straight into the patient record. Pharmacy dispenses safely, with verification and controlled-drug compliance by design.
SurgyLabs worklist
OPD, IPD and ER orders in one queue, tracked to report.
Results to history
Validated results appear for the doctor the moment they're signed.
Pharmacist verification
Unit-dose dispensing and antimicrobial stewardship.
NDPS & Schedule H
Controlled-drug registers and compliance built in.
Billing & Claims, End to End
Charges from the ward, lab and pharmacy post to the bill as they happen. Outpatient and inpatient billing sit side by side, and finished bills go straight to SurgySettle for claims.
OP billing
OPD, labs and radiology charges on one bill.
IP billing
Running bills that update across the whole stay.
Claims via SurgySettle
Discharge to insurer-ready claim, no re-keying.
NHCX-ready
Built for India's National Health Claims Exchange.
Agentic AI in Every Module
One AI search bar sits at the top of OPD, IPD, ER, labs, pharmacy and billing. Ask a question, get an answer, and keep going in a full conversation without leaving the screen.
Search → answer → chat
Quick answers that open into a full conversation.
Analytics via SurgyInsights
Hospital-wide questions hand off to KPI dashboards.
SurgyScribe notes
Voice-to-notes straight into the OPD record.
Works in every module
The same search bar in OPD, IPD, ER, labs, pharmacy and billing.
One platform, every department covered.
Doctors
The full patient history, orders and results in one place, with notes written by SurgyScribe.
Nursing
Charts, medication rounds and shift handover built around the ward, not the desk.
Lab & Pharmacy
One worklist for every order, with verification and compliance registers built in.
Leadership & Finance
Live occupancy, billing and claims across every department. Ask in plain English.

Built on open standards, ready from day one.
A FHIR-native record with ABDM, DPDP and claims-exchange support built in, not bolted on at audit time.
SurgyScribe, SurgyCRM, SurgySettle and SurgyInsights, already connected.
Every Surgy product runs on the SurgyOne record. No integration project needed.

SurgyOne FAQs
What is a hospital information system, and does SurgyOne replace ours?
A hospital information system runs a hospital's core clinical and operational records: patient registration, consultations, admissions, orders, results, pharmacy and billing. SurgyOne is a full HIS and EHR, so yes, it can replace your current system. Hospitals that want to keep their existing HIS can still use the other Surgy products alongside it.
Which modules are included in SurgyOne?
SurgyOne covers OPD, IPD, emergency (SurgyER), laboratory (SurgyLabs), pharmacy and billing, all on one shared patient record. Specialty modules such as oncology and longevity care are also available. Everything runs in a single app, so moving between departments is a module switch, not a separate login.
Can we start with a few modules and add more later?
Yes. Most hospitals start with the core modules (OPD, labs and billing) and add IPD, emergency and pharmacy in phases. Every module shares one patient record, so adding one later doesn't mean re-implementing or migrating data again.
Is SurgyOne ABDM and FHIR compliant?
SurgyOne is built on a FHIR-native data model (FHIR R4) and designed for ABDM milestones M1–M4, including ABHA and health-record consent flows. Billing is built for NHCX, India's National Health Claims Exchange.
How does SurgyOne work with the other Surgy products?
SurgyScribe, SurgyCRM, SurgySettle, SurgyInsights, SurgyFrontdesk and SurgyLearn all run directly on the SurgyOne record. For example, SurgyScribe notes land in the OPD consult, finished IP bills go to SurgySettle for claims, and follow-ups go out through SurgyCRM.
How long does implementation take for a new facility?
It depends on the modules you start with, the number of sites and how much data needs migrating from your current system. We scope the rollout with you, go live in phases starting with the core modules, and include a training plan for every department.
How is patient data secured under the DPDP Act?
Data is tenant-isolated per hospital and encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is governed by role- and branch-scoped permissions, with a full audit trail of who viewed or changed a record. SurgyOne is built for India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
What is an agentic AI hospital information system?
An agentic AI hospital information system (HIS) is a hospital management system where AI agents don't just answer questions but take action inside the record: prioritising ward rounds, capturing charges, flagging claim risks and preparing discharge summaries for staff to approve. SurgyOne runs OPD, IPD, emergency, labs, pharmacy and billing on one patient record with agentic AI built into every module.
How is SurgyOne different from a traditional HIS with an AI add-on?
In a traditional HIS or EMR, AI is a separate tool bolted on top, so it only sees part of the data. SurgyOne was built AI-first: every module shares one record and one AI layer, so the assistant can read the full patient history, act across departments and keep a full audit trail of what it did.
